In +25 years of experience in HR, on national and international level, I've had the opportunity to learn from the inside and to get a clear understanding of the economic drivers of a company. I have held several key positions within HR (including a position as HR Director EMEA, responsible for over 10 000 employees spread out over 36 countries), I have managed different legal entities and I have been a key member of a European leadership team.
The high number of merges, acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations and restructurings have provided me with excellent change, crisis and project management skills.
My experience ranges from HR management over talent management to change management and labor relations. In all of this, I aspire a transparent, natural, participative, inclusive and inspirational leadership style.
